Hi there! I’m a professional amigurumi designer and voice behind Hooked by Kati. With thousands of patterns sold all over the world, I pride myself in writing innovative patterns that are easy for crochet artists to follow.

But my overarching goal is to leave a positive and lasting mark on the amigurumi community that has so warmly embraced me. I want to empower other amigurumi designers to grow a thriving business with their art, and I would be honored to be part of your creative journey.

Behind the hook, you can find me playing dog agility with my American Hairless Terrier, playing video games with my family, or volunteering with my husband in the Rebel Legion Star Wars Costuming Club.

I live in Greeley, Colorado with my husband and two teenage boys.
